We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers* to help organize and host club events.

We usually have 2 – 3 people (plus the other Board members) helping to develop and propose ideas for cultural, educational and/or social events that fit the mission of tíc. We always try to find fun, unique and experiential activities for our members and guests. We want energetic candidates with fresh ideas and strong organizational skills. Most of all, we want to welcome to this volunteer position team players who are committed to the success of club events and are dedicated to having a lot of fun!

What would you do as an Event Team member (sharing responsibilities with other team members)?

You would help with:

• Planning an event calendar
• Researching event ideas
• Organising confirmed events
• Designing and sending invitations to members
• Maintaining event registrations
• Hosting planned events
• Actively interact with members at (virtual) events
• Have fun!
