Rise and shine it’s exercise time!
20.11.22. On a cold but clear morning, a small group of tic enthusiasts met for an energetic round of morning yoga at the amazing and unique Missiehuis.
The yoga class was an Easy Flow Hatha and we didn’t need any prior yoga experience or extra flexibility to participate. Elise from BonJolie and Wau effect personal training walked us through the poses and made adjustments where needed.
We started with soft stretching to warm up, then we went through several hatha yoga poses in a sequence and finished with a moment of relaxation. This was a moment to let go of the tension of the week and enjoy this class in a beautiful chapel. Check our Bootcamp post to see the building.
It was a great workout for our body and mind and an awesome way to start the day!
