Voting Matter: Change to By-Laws, Article IV:  The Board

The current by-laws state:

Section C:  Nomination, election, term of office of Board members Officers of the club will be elected for a term of two club years and may be re-elected to the same position for two consecutive terms.

Proposed change:

Section C:  Nomination, election, term of office of Board members Officers of the club will be elected for a term of four club years and may be re-elected to the same position for two consecutive terms for a maximum of eight years.

The current by-laws state:

1. An annual General meeting will be held in May, as outlined in the Constitution, Article XI.

Proposed change:

1. An annual General meeting will be held once per club year, as outlined in the Constitution, Article XI.
