Review by Jessica Lipe. We met up for the opening evening for the 4-day Hap Stap Festival in Tilburg. This year was the 23^rd year of Hap Stap and 16 local restaurants offered a sampling of their menu. Our group tried all kinds of delicious food, like samosa, ribs, shrimp and saffron risotto, and tuna. It was a great way to discover restaurants worth checking out in Tilburg. With new and old faces present, it was a pleasant evening spent chatting and tasting in the garden of Interpolis downtown.
