Join us for this interesting Nutrition Workshop where Hanna Niamilentsava will explain “The 5 ways to improve your nutrition, evidence-based“.
She will elaborate on five specific actions designed to aid individuals following any type of diet in enhancing their nutrition and, consequently, their overall health. There will be no imposition of restrictions; on the contrary, the emphasis will be on introducing the essential elements into participants’ diets that they (most likely) might not be consuming adequately.
The theoretical portion is expected to last around 60-75 minutes, followed by a 30-minute Q&A session, while the practical segment will take approximately 30 minutes.
One of the focal points among these five methods involves achieving balance in your snacks. Please, bring a snack that you consider balanced and we will discuss it further!
